SmartStart Buildings (SSB) – Application Preparation and Utility Bill Reading
This instructional webinar takes the attendee step by step through each section of the SSB Prescriptive Lighting application including NAICS designation, DLC navigation, EnergyStar navigation, Tax Clearance Certificate requirements, and a complete list of all required documents for submission. The discussion also covers close-out documentation, estimated processing times, and some program cap details. The webinar also looks at utility bills and illustrates how to locate the kW and Societal Benefit Charge (SBC) totals needed for the application. This webinar is for businesses and contractors who want to submit individual rebates for energy efficient upgrades. Additionally, some upgrades purchased in the past year may be eligible for retroactive rebates. Local Government Energy Audit (LGEA) – Application Preparation and Utility Bill Reading
This instructional webinar takes the attendee step by step through each section of the LGEA application. The webinar also looks at utility bills and illustrates how to locate the kW and Societal Benefit Charge (SBC) totals needed for the application. This webinar is for 501c(3) non-profits and local governments entities would like a free Ashrae II audit that includes a report of all potential projects, incentive funds available, and the return on investment. P4P New Const.: ASHRAE 90.1-2016 Code Updates & Opportunities for Exceeding Code Description
Effective March 1, 2020, New Jersey’s commercial energy code became ASHRAE 90.1-2016. This presentation will review the code changes between the previous energy code, ASHRAE 90.1-2013, and the current energy code, including both prescriptive requirements and Appendix G. Energy improvement ideas and opportunities are also presented in the final segment of the presentation.
